The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across the business, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring top talent. As a strategic Talent Acquisition Business Partner, this role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across Kidde Global Solutions, developing and executing talent strategies aligned with business growth and operational priorities across Europe and the Middle East. The role leads talent acquisition efforts across Sales, Engineering, Technical Support, and other critical support functions, bringing deep market insight and expertise in workforce planning, talent mapping, specialized hiring, and building high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle process for a variety of functional roles while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring leader experience Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and long-term goals Proactively source passive candidates to build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and talent shortages by leveraging referrals, LinkedIn, job boards, local networks, social media, databases, and other channels Conduct in-depth interviews and thorough assessments of candidates to evaluate qualifications, capabilities, and cultural fit Successfully navigate candidate negotiations at offer stages while managing compensation structures Act as a Subject Matter Expert, using market data and trends to advise hiring leaders on talent availability and the competitive landscape Challenge unrealistic requirements and advise on alternative hiring solutions Strategize with TA Leadership and HR Business Partners by acting as a Talent Advisor staying apprised of current business dynamics and providing insights on talent needs and effective hiring strategies Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase candidate and internal stakeholder customer satisfaction Serve as a talent brand ambassador by promoting our company’s talent value proposition Partner with company TA team members to drive best in talent recruiting practices Compliance driven with a strong focus on ATS data integrity, ensuring all candidate activity, documentation, and hiring decisions are accurately captured and maintained as the single source of truth for audit, reporting, and workforce planning purposes Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of corporate or agency full recruitment lifecycle experience Fluent English is required. Fluency in at least one of Dutch, German, French, Polish, or Italian is preferred. Candidates with two or more additional European languages are strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications Comfortable managing multiple open roles across various business functions and disciplines in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools for sourcing, outreach, and talent pipeline management Demonstrated ability to recruit in competitive, skills-short markets Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Knowledge of compliance-led recruitment processes Proficiency in ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Experience supporting multi-site and multi-functional groups Experience recruiting within the fire and security industry
