Fire Alarm Design & Technical Support Specialist – Pre-Sales Location: Milton Keynes, UKWorking pattern: Office-based About the Role Kidde Global Solutions is looking for someone with experience in fire alarm systems to join our team in Milton Keynes. You will work closely with our business development team to recommend fire alarm solutions, prepare quotations and provide technical support to customers. You will also help customers understand our products, deliver product presentations and training, and answer technical questions. What You'll Do Help design fire alarm solutions and prepare quotations. Provide technical advice and support to customers and colleagues. Help solve problems with fire alarm and smoke detection systems. Work with the sales team to find the right solutions for customers. Explain our products and how they compare with other options. Attend customer meetings and deliver presentations and training. Keep technical documents and product information up to date. Share customer feedback to help improve our products and services. What We're Looking For Experience in the Fire Alarm industry (mandatory), ideally in design or technical support. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. An organised, practical and customer-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and develop your skills. Working Arrangements Location: Milton Keynes, UK Working pattern: Office-based Travel: Approximately 20%, including travel Driving licence: Required Interested?
