About the role

We are looking for a commercially minded UK Marketing Lead to drive growth across one of our most important markets. As part of the EMEA Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the UK marketing plan, ensuring local priorities are aligned with regional business objectives and growth strategies. Working closely with UK Sales, Product Management and EMEA Marketing colleagues, you will identify growth opportunities and deliver marketing programmes that strengthen customer engagement and support business growth. This is a hands-on role offering significant ownership, visibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth of the UK business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy & Planning
    • Develop and execute the UK marketing plan aligned with business objectives and growth priorities
    • Identify growth opportunities across customers, channels and product categories
    • Translate EMEA strategies into impactful UK marketing programmes and activations
    • Generate market insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making
    • Build business cases for marketing initiatives and customer investments
    • Act as the voice of the UK market within the wider EMEA organisation
  • Commercial Partnership
    • Partner closely with UK Sales team to drive customer acquisition, category growth and revenue opportunities
    • Develop customer and channel marketing programmes aligned to commercial priorities and growth plans
    • Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to shape customer propositions and go-to-market plans
    • Ensure marketing investment is focused on opportunities that deliver measurable business impact.
  • Campaigns & Activation
    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support UK business objectives and growth priorities
    • Lead local activation of product launches, promotional initiatives and seasonal campaigns
    • Develop customer-focused marketing programmes that drive awareness, engagement and demand
    • Coordinate participation in trade shows, customer events and industry activities
    • Ensure consistent and effective brand execution across all customer touchpoints
    • Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing activities on time and within budget
  • Performance & Analytics
    • Define and track KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness, customer engagement and business impact
    • Monitor campaign, channel and programme performance, using insights to optimise future activity
    • Evaluate the ROI of marketing investments and make recommendations to maximise effectiveness
    • Provide clear performance reporting and actionable insights to key stakeholders
    • Manage the UK marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-impact opportunities

Experience & Skills

  • A few years of experience in marketing, ideally in a commercially focused role
  • Proven track record of delivering marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights and make recommendations
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
