We are looking for a Senior Nursery Practitioner (Room Leader) to join our team and our Kiddie Capers Childcare Ardingly setting. In this role, you will play a key role in leading a room within our nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. You will support the team in delivering high-quality care and Early Years education in line with the EYFS. Your leadership will help maintain a positive and organised setting where each child’s development is supported and celebrated. You will also work closely with the management team, taking on additional responsibilities to support the wider nursery when needed.
Salary & Hours:
£33,280.00 per annum
40 hours Monday-Friday (4 or 5 days)
- A minimum of level 3 qualification (or working towards Level 3) in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience of working in a childcare setting
- Experience in being a Room Leader in a nursery setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
