We're looking for a proactive and organised People Coordinator to join our friendly People team on a fixed term basis.
In this varied role, you'll support the day-to-day running of the People function, assist with key projects and initiatives and provide a responsive, people-focused service to employees and managers.
Working closely with the Recruitment Advisor and People Advisor, you'll help ensure the smooth delivery of people processes across the employee lifecycle while making a real impact on our employees' experience.
The role is based at our Support Hub Office in between Hurstpierpoint and Burgess Hill.
Hours, Salary & Contract Length:
Between 25-32 hours per week (4 or 5 days)
Β£30,000 per annum (FTE) (salary will differ with different hours)
Fixed Term role until December 2027

- Experience working in HR and/or Recruitment advantageous
