We are looking for Senior Nursery Practitioners (Room Leaders) & Nursery Practitioners to join our team at Kiddie Capers Childcare Ardingly. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. You will support the team in delivering high-quality care and Early Years education in line with the EYFS. Your leadership will help maintain a positive and organised setting where each child’s development is supported and celebrated.
Salary & Hours:
£29,120 - £33,280.00 per annum
40 hours Monday-Friday (4 or 5 days)
- A minimum of level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience of working in a childcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
