As Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating a wide range of marketing activities that advertise our brand and in turn generate new enquiries. You will also support marketing efforts across the business and be responsible for writing internal and external copy. You'll be a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging content in line with our brand guidelines. You will also be responsible for ensuring the content of our website is up to date and as engaging as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is creative, solution-focused and confident working both strategically and hands-on. The role is based at our Support Hub Office in between Hurstpierpoint and Burgess Hill.

Hours & Pay:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Kiddie Capers Childcare are a growing Nurseries & Preschool company operating multiple nurseries in the Sussex area. We are owned and operated by two local families. Requirements

  • Essential
    • Marketing qualification; degree or similar
    • Someone who is creative, can think outside of the box and is a problem solver
    • A team player
    • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
    • Commercial awareness
    • Someone who can work at pace
    • Experience in using Canva or similar
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
    • Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency
    • Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
    • Full driver’s license
  • Desirable
    • Experience within the childcare or educational sector
    • Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
    • Basic graphic design experience
    • Experience in managing budgets
    • Experience in WordPress
