We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic Early Years Administrator to join our team at Kiddie Capers Childcare. The Early Years Administrator plays an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation by providing administrative support to the Kiddie Capers Childcare Support Hub. Working closely with colleagues across the business, the postholder will help ensure processes are organised, records are maintained, and communication is managed effectively.

The role is based at our Support Hub Office in between Hurstpierpoint and Burgess Hill, however there may be travel required between our sites across East and West Sussex to support the Nursery Teams.

Hours & Pay:

  • 25 hours per week (08:00-13:00 or 08:30-13:30)
  • £17,500 per annum (£28,000 FTE)

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • Early Years experience (desirable but not essential)
