We're looking for a proactive Service Advisor to join our friendly, family-run MG & Citroën dealership in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a long-established business that truly values its people and customers.
About the Role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and the workshop. From booking to collection, you'll ensure a smooth and positive experience throughout the aftersales journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on service and parts requirements
- Manage workshop bookings and customer communications
- Handle parts enquiries, orders, and stock management
- Ensure accurate invoicing and administrative records
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction at every stage
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a service and/or parts role is essential
