This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students, supporting their personal development, academic success, and emotional wellbeing through positive reinforcement and coaching conversations. You will be a key figure in helping students overcome barriers, build confidence, and stay engaged in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of psychological safety and positive behaviour across campus
  • Support attendance monitoring and re‑engagement efforts with students and parents
  • Deliver high‑quality coaching that promotes responsibility, independence, and ambition
  • Lead enrichment activities aligned with our NCG Guarantee (community, mental fitness, employability, enterprise, digital)
  • Supervise students during break and lunch times, promoting positive behaviour
  • Track and monitor student progress using eTrackr, ensuring timely interventions
  • Maintain accurate records of support and impact
  • Collaborate with curriculum teams to monitor and support student targets
  • Attend meetings, provide updates, and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Participate in professional development and uphold college policies and standards
