An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an independent opticians as a business administration apprentice, keying in patients' prescriptions and calling to check their optical needs where necessary.
What you will do in your working day:
- Inputting patients' prescriptions.
- Assisting patients with picking glasses frames.
- Answering the phone.
- Assisting with patient queries.
- Unpacking and packing away stock.
As we have an optical practice on site, full training will be given.
The training you will be getting:
You will be required to attend Kidderminster College one day a week to achieve your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.
