The Operations Manager is responsible for the end‑to‑end operational performance of the site, ensuring effective financial control, operational efficiency, compliance, staff welfare and delivery of business objectives. The role oversees multiple operational departments including System Configuration, Warehousing, Dispatch, New Product Production and Facilities. It is an on‑site job, with expected daily presence in EMS office/site in Herne Bay, UK.
- Review factory forecast & alignment with sales forecast.
- Management of the site’s budget and expenses.
- Review and sign off in writing all purchase invoices.
