We are opening a brand new location in Pembroke shopping center in Virginia Beach and are looking for a full-time Store Manager. Leadership and experience in retail is required. You will be organized, reliable, an excellent communicator, and have an upbeat, friendly personality. The pay rate for this position is $24.00–$28.00 per hour. Store Location: 363 Independence Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462. The store is expected to open in early September, but we are looking for someone to start training sooner. During the training period you will travel to different markets in Pennsylvania and near Richmond for 3–5 days at a time to work with other managers. Hours will vary and may be part time initially until the store is close to opening. A bonus incentive will be paid after the Grand Opening to reward completion of training.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 8‑15 people.
  • Read sales reports, submit payroll, and manage scheduling.
  • Run the boutique with passion and drive, treating the store as your own.
  • Provide excellent customer service and encourage employees to do the same.
  • Provide training to new and existing staff, demonstrating quality work to lead by example.
  • Evaluate and price inventory using the buying software.
  • Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process product.
  • Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us.
