Role Description: The Event Coordinator is a part-time, weekend, on-site role

Based in London. The role is focused entirely on the live delivery of children’s events, ensuring each party runs smoothly, professionally and to schedule from supplier arrival through to final breakdown.

The Event Coordinator will act as the main on-site point of contact, liaising with parents, venues, entertainers and suppliers throughout the event. The role also involves reading the room, anticipating issues before they arise, adapting timings where needed, troubleshooting calmly in real time, and overseeing the take-down at the end of the event.

Most shifts are approximately 5–6 hours and take place on Saturdays and Sundays across London.
