They are expanding their field sales team and are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Agent to represent them across the South East of England, promoting their products to retailers.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and well-connected sales agent to represent one of the most trusted names in the industry. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and growing existing accounts within your area.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the equine and agricultural sectors.
- Promoting seasonal ranges, new product launches and exclusive offers.
- Building long-term relationships with customers through professional, proactive and personable service.
- Working closely with the commercial and marketing teams to align activity and maximise performance.
Requirements
We are looking for a confident, organised and commercially minded professional who thrives on autonomy and results. The ideal person will:
- Have no more than four current brands in their portfolio if you are an existing sales agent.
- Be equine-based, though they will consider agents with a strong pet or rural retail background.
- Have proven experience as a sales agent, ideally representing complementary brands in similar sectors.
- Will also consider those who are not current sales agents but with a strong sales/business development background.
- Live within or near the South East of England and be fully mobile with a driving licence.
- Be capable of developing new leads as well as maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Be motivated, professional and outgoing, with a style that fits the dynamic, collaborative culture of our client.
