Equestrian Sales Representative (Territory Manager) Full Time – South West Description Our client specialises in the design, manufacture and distribution of top-of-the-range riding saddles and leatherwork for the various equestrian Olympic disciplines. Developing brands, the company is based on the desire to participate in the sporting performance of top-level riders by offering them innovative products and an irreproachable local service on an international scale. Job Responsibilities * Become the most talented expert in sport saddles within your territory. * Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Yards). * Represent our client at international and local competitions. * Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service. * Be a brand ambassador! Requirements * Equestrian experience – A MUST * Due to extensive travel, MUST live within the territory. * Strong communication skills. * An entrepreneurial spirit * Strong organisational skills and are a independent and dynamic person. * The travel bug and enjoy being on the road! * Have a taste for challenges and achieving objectives. * A valid driving license Benefits * £24,984 plus generous commission package. * On Target earnings: First Year =£35,00 – £38,000. Second Year = £40,000 + * Company vehicle with company card for expenses * Company laptop and phone * Ability to manage your own diary in terms of hours and days (this is a full time role so full time hours are expected). * Management and Training on hand 24/7
