A great opportunity has arisen to work within our Academy as a U21s Sports Scientist. The primary focus is to deliver our Sport Science strategy to our U21 Team.
As a U21 Sports Scientist, you will work closely with the U21 Athletic Development Coach and the Academy Medicine Team to ensure players receive tailored warm-ups/activation, speed and agility development, strength and power training, injury prevention, load monitoring, and recovery sessions suited to their individual needs.
The successful candidate will also contribute to rehabilitation for injured players. This role supports the success of the academy programme and facilitates the transition from academy to first team.
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week.
