Position: Operations Supervisor
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £28,000 per annum dependant on experience
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week preferred, although 24-32 hours would be considered.
Shifts: Pattern including early mornings, late evenings, and regular weekend work
Reports to: Operations Manager
Foulston Park is a multi-partner sport, community and wellbeing site in the heart of Devonport. Argyle Community Trust is responsible for operating a range of dedicated community facilities over a busy 95-hour-a-week schedule.
Bridging hospitality, fitness, and community engagement, our Hub at Foulston Park features a bustling cafe, a community gym, flexible event/activity spaces and the Babcock eSports Arena, surrounded by high-quality outdoor sports facilities including a PlayZone, athletics track, and 3G pitches.
We are seeking a highly reliable, motivated and proactive Operations Supervisor to join our team as the critical fourth member of our shift leadership structure. This is a hands-on, front-line role where you will actively lead shifts on behalf of the organisation, ensuring the facility is welcoming, safe, and operating to a high standard, while acting as Duty Supervisor and the primary point of contact for staff, visitors, and on-site partners.
