You must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both young people and adults in group settings. You should also have experience in coaching community football sessions and an understanding of how sport and physical activity can support mental wellbeing.

To be successful in this role, you must hold the below qualifications:

  • FA Introduction to First Aid
  • FA Safeguarding Children
  • Mental Health First Aid or relevant mental health awareness training
