The Role

As a Casual Retail Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our supporters while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our retail business.

You could be

  • Assisting customers on the shop floor and at checkout points.
  • Processing sales and handling transactions accurately.
  • Supporting shirt printing services.
  • Picking, packing and dispatching online orders.
  • Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
  • Organising and replenishing stock.
  • Supporting stock takes and warehouse operations.
  • Maintaining high standards of presentation, housekeeping and health & safety.

Working across different areas of the retail operation means you'll gain valuable experience while contributing to a passionate and hardworking team.
