Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high‑quality, nutritionally balanced food and beverages for the Women’s First Team both home and away.
  • Liaise with hotels ahead of away matches to ensure all arrangements are in place for providing exceptional meals on the road.
  • Plan and develop innovative menus that reflect our nutritional philosophy.
  • Maintain day‑to‑day kitchen operations at our training ground in Lancing.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working within professional sports clubs or with elite athletes.
  • Hold IOSH and Food Safety Level 3 Certificates.
  • Ability to maintain world‑class standards under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
  • Flexible with working hours including weekends and extensive travel.
