Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Women’s First Team Assistant Head Coach to work with the Head Coach in preparing, managing and developing a squad for top-level FA Women’s Super League competition. You will lead tactical prep, collaborate with the analysis team, and ensure players are physically and mentally prepared to perform at the highest level.
You’ll bring proven elite coaching experience, a strong understanding of the women’s player pathway, and the ability to support individual players.
