Role and Responsibilities
We’re seeking a full-time Junior Accounts Assistant to join our Finance department. The successful candidate will work in a unique setting of a professional football club, experiencing a variety of tasks and collaborating with different departments across Swansea City AFC, from the Academy to the First Team.
Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, duties include:
- Purchase ledger activities: inputting invoices, creating purchase orders, reconciling supplier statements
- Sales ledger activities: creating sales invoices, chasing debtors
- General finance administrative tasks
Person Specification
This is an entry-level role. Some experience or prior finance/admin experience is desirable but not essential. We value accuracy, efficiency, and transferable skills. This role is ideal for someone starting or considering a career in finance.
