Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, London, E20 2ST London Stadium is looking for a Systems Engineer to join the team and support IT operations across the venue and its group of companies. As a Systems Engineer at London Stadium, you will be an organised IT professional with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop within a busy IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate IT support, dealing with hardware and software enquiries; working to deliver a professional high-quality service level to staff and contractors, end users, stakeholders, and event organisers.
- Event day IT Support and assurance for London Stadium events, including Premier League football, concerts and other events inside and outside of the venue.
- Provide IT support for London Stadium stakeholders, including conferences, meetings and events and other stakeholder activities.
- Manage, configure, and maintain key network infrastructure and systems.
- Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with event organisers and stakeholders.
- Implement processes and operational solutions to ensure efficient, safe and high-quality operations for all stakeholders.
- Support for all matters regarding the turnstile access control system (Fortress GB) and escalating any issues.
