Derby County Football Club is seeking an enthusiastic YDP Individual Development Coach to work with U12–U16 players at Moor Farm Training Centre. You will deliver player-centred coaching, aligned to IDPs and the Academy Game Model, while collaborating with the broader coaching team and staff across analysis, performance, medical and education.
