The County Ground, Thurston Road, Leyland PR252LF Lancashire FA is seeking an ambitious and driven Head of Facilities to support Local Football Facility Plans and Playing Pitch Strategies. Contribute to wider football development priorities and ensure community impact is achieved. Manage projects and strategic initiatives, including leading teams and influencing stakeholders; maintain excellent communication and organisational standards.
Qualifications and experience
- Strong understanding of grassroots football development, sports facility investment and partnership working.
- Experience of leading strategic projects, managing teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong local knowledge of the opportunities and challenges facing communities, facilities and grassroots football across Lancashire is advantageous.
Contract and location
- Full time, two-year fixed term contract based at Lancashire FA headquarters in Leyland, with opportunities for hybrid working and regular travel across Lancashire.
- Role involves some evening and weekend work.
- Salary: £35-£38k, dependent on experience, plus extensive benefits.
