Fulham FC Foundation are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed person to take up the casual position of a Female Football Coach. Reporting directly to our Operations Officers, the Female Football Coach will manage a number of female teams at one of the foundation’s partner schools, provide high‑quality, team‑based training sessions throughout the week, and oversee all fixtures for these teams across the season. Delivery of training and fixtures changes with the school term, so flexibility and good afternoon availability (Monday to Friday 2pm‑6pm) are essential. All candidates must have prior experience managing a female team and hold at least a UEFA C Licence. The role requires a female coach whose experience and presence can serve as a positive role model for the players. Although casual, there is no set timetable; hours vary across the season. Successful candidates may also work across other foundation programmes such as Player Development Centres and Girls Development Centres.
Salary: £16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements:
Experience:
- Delivering high‑quality training sessions to female footballers
- Running a 9‑ or 11‑aside female football team
- Working as part of a coaching team
- Holding a driving licence or willing to travel independently
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Women’s Football and pathway opportunities for female players
- First Aid, Safeguarding and DBS qualification
- UEFA C Coaching Qualification, or currently undertaking and due to complete this year
- Basic knowledge and willingness to learn and contribute towards FFCF strategic aims
Personal Qualities:
- Can travel independently across Surrey and South‑West London, including transport of equipment
- Well presented with a professional manner
- Positive, energetic persona; able to build rapport with participants
- Willingness to learn and develop personally and professionally
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience:
- Delivering football sessions in a secondary school
- Working with high‑performing footballers
- Leading a local female grassroots team
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications:
- Additional football qualifications such as Goalkeeping, S&C, or Fitness
- Knowledge and links to local grassroots football teams
- UEFA B Licence (or willingness to work towards)
Act as an ambassador for Fulham FC Foundation, representing the organisation professionally in line with its values. Design and deliver high‑quality team training sessions for the teams. Manage team during both home and away fixtures, including administrative tasks. Provide high‑quality, individualised feedback to support player development. Serve as a positive role model, motivating and supporting students in football and education. Identify and support progression pathways for talented young people. Provide a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment at all times. Adhere to FFCF’s safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring timely reporting of any concerns or incidents within sessions.
