London Stadium are looking for a Facilities Operative to join the team and support the day-to-day operation, presentation and readiness of the venue. This is a practical, site-based role, supporting both business-as-usual activity and the delivery of major events.
As Facilities Operative at London Stadium you will be a practical, proactive and organised individual who enjoys working in a hands-on operational environment. You will have strong communication skills, be comfortable working with contractors and a range of stakeholders. You will take pride in maintaining high standards across the venue and be committed to contributing to a working and learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the operational readiness and presentation of the stadium through regular site inspections and defect reporting working with our Total FM partner
- Coordinate venue logistics, including furniture, barriers, storage and operational equipment
- Support event infrastructure, power overlay, venue changeovers and match-day operations
- Support planned and reactive maintenance, statutory inspections and facilities activities
- Coordinate and monitor contractors working across the venue
- Promote high standards of health, safety, security and safe working across the venue.
