Kick It Out in Southampton is seeking a coach to lead our academy programme for 16-19 year olds, delivering safe, fun and engaging sessions to complement the students' education and matchday experiences.
You will oversee two squads (one female, one male), coach the female squad, and help drive promotion and recruitment for the expanding academy in coming seasons. UEFA B or higher coaching qualification, up-to-date safeguarding, FA First Aid and DBS checks are required.
