Kick It Out is seeking an U18s Athletic Development Coach within our Academy Performance & Medicine department. You will plan, implement and monitor on-field Athletic Development and gym-based Strength & Power sessions to help Academy players reach their physical potential. You will oversee the physical development and injury prevention of players within the U18s squad and contribute to the overall welfare and performance of the academy program.
