An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the newly promoted Women & Girls team as a Safeguarding & Player Care Officer. Based at our Academy, the successful candidate will look to implement and promote safeguarding policies, procedures and best‑practice guidelines to maximise the safety, welfare and holistic development of children, young people, adults at risk and First Team players whilst leading and delivering a proactive, player‑centred care programme that provides pastoral, emotional and welfare support to First Team players.
