Business Partner (Business Management) β 12-Months FTC
The FA is seeking a Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Business Management team helps define and ensure accountability for the organization\βs strategy, operating across all divisions to enhance focus, efficiency, and integration through:
- Business Partnering
- Programme Management Office (PMO) services
- Strategic Initiative Development and Rollout
- Cross-Functional Project Delivery
Responsibilities
Business Partnering
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Management, providing support and challenge to foster growth and operational effectiveness.
- Build relationships across departments to ensure alignment on initiatives, promoting accountability and collaboration.
- Support FA Group\βs priorities by executing additional tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with policies to maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing.
PMO Management
- Support the PMO by sharing best practices throughout project lifecycles, from initiation to business case development.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to align with organizational goals.
- Monitor project milestones and KPIs, report trends, and facilitate governance for timely decision-making.
Strategic Initiative Development and Rollout
- Assist in annual business planning, aligning activities with strategic objectives and prioritizing resources.
Cross-Functional Project Delivery
- Own delivery of workstreams in cross-functional projects, from compliance to operational initiatives.
- Collaborate to define goals, timelines, and resources, maintaining involvement throughout project cycles.
Candidate Profile
Essential
- Degree qualification or equivalent
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to produce concise reports and presentations, strong analytical skills
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Beneficial
- Previous PMO experience
- Project delivery experience
- Experience with Smartsheet
