Help shape standout partner experiences
You will play a key role within our commercial team, supporting our Senior Partnership Executive with their day-to-day management of Club partners and ensuring all contractual rights are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard. You will build and develop strong professional relationships with key internal and external stakeholders across face-to-face, telephone, and email channels to help partners achieve their commercial goals. You will also represent the club at official functions, industry events and on matchdays.
- A proven track record of consistently delivering excellent customer service.
- Practical experience building and maintaining positive professional relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high quality work under pressure.
- A friendly, helpful, and cheerful persona with a strong "can-do" attitude and a collaborative approach.
