Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a collaborative leader to shape the written coaching curriculum for the Girls’ Academy pathway, spanning the ETC, Youth Development Phase and PGA. You will work closely with the Women’s First Team and the MDT, delivering consistently high standards and direct line management to the WFT technical team.
You will apply UEFA A Licence and safeguarding certificates, bring extensive professional football experience, and champion the club values of integrity.
