Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a Brand & Fan Engagement Manager to lead the club’s brand on matchdays and across events. You will drive activations and experiences that elevate the fan journey, align with our brand pillars and 2030 vision, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver meaningful engagement and sustainable revenue.
