At Aston Villa Football Club, our Retail and Licensing department plays a vital role in the club's commercial success and fan engagement. We take pride in offering a wide variety of high-quality football merchandise and leisurewear to our fans, both online and in-store, while maintaining a strong connection to our brand and culture. The Role

We have an opportunity for an E–Commerce Partnership Executive to join our growing team. Working closely with the Senior Strategic Partner Manager, you will help maximise the value, performance and growth of our key retail partners, ensuring relationships are managed to the highest standard while delivering commercial success for both the Club and its partners.

A main focus of this role will be acting as the trusted day – to – day contact for our E–Commerce –partners Fanatics and JD who provide our online retail offering. Your role will include, co-ordinating regular meetings, providing insightful reporting, and ensuring all partnership rights and activations are delivered seamlessly. You will collaborate with a wide range of internal departments and external stakeholders, helping to bring innovative campaigns and activations to life while ensuring every opportunity is tracked, measured and showcased through compelling case studies and performance reviews.

You will also contribute ideas and insights that help our e – commerce partners achieve their marketing objectives. You will plan, manage, and track online promotions, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive launches, providing insights on sales performance, inventory movement and traffic across the platforms. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in wider retail projects supporting the delivery of impactful results.

The Person

You must have demonstrable experience of managing multiple client accounts, preferably in a sponsorship or e - commerce environment taking pride in relationship management and developing long-lasting, successful partnerships.

You will have proven experience delivering projects and events, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and ensuring deadlines are met. With a proactive and process-driven approach, you will be confident analysing data, producing reports and identifying opportunities to improve performance and create value for partners.

You must be able to work flexible hours as the Club requires, this will include matchday working and events as and when required. You must hold a UK driving licence with access to a vehicle and / or the ability to travel between our Club sites; Villa Park, London Office and Bodymoor Heath Training Ground.
