About the Role

This role is designed to provide you with the necessary skills and experience to succeed in a sales career.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify new business opportunities
• Support sales executives with meetings, proposals, and follow ups
• Assist in marketing and lead generation campaigns
• Learn sales techniques and shadow experienced account managers
• Maintain CRM records and prepare pipeline reports
• Deliver excellent service to customers and prospects

Requirements

• Confident communicator – in person and over the phone
• Proactive, resilient, and positive attitude
• Organised and able to juggle multiple tasks
• Comfortable with data, reports, and presentations
• Tech‑savvy – Microsoft Office skills essential, CRM knowledge a bonus
• Eager to learn and grow

Preferred Skills

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: Up to £25K (depending on experience)
