JOB TITLE: New Business Development Manager (Dynamics Division)
BASE LOCATION: Bellshill (hybrid) or remote depending on location
SALARY: Depending on skills and experience
WORKING PATTERN: Permanent | Full-time (35 hours per week)
ROLE PURPOSE:
As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth through the positioning and sale of Kick\βs Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
You will develop trusted relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and articulating how our solutions can deliver measurable value.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and associated services, and the ability to translate complex propositions into clear business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop and close new business opportunities within Dynamics 365 Business Central and its complementary products, including Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Engagement, and Power Platform.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and ensure seamless customer onboarding, driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed on competitor offerings, market trends and Microsoft developments to effectively position Kick and D365 Solutions.
Achieve and exceed new business revenue targets and personal sales KPIs.
Represent Kick ICT at industry events, networking forums, and Microsoft partner initiatives.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting information within CRM systems.
Identify and take advantage of cross-selling opportunities.
What do I need?
Proven track record of success in new business sales, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics or ERP/CRM solutions.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Experience building trusted, consultative client relationships.
Commercial acumen with the ability to develop business cases and ROI arguments.
Highly motivated self-starter, target-driven and resilient.
