The Role
JOB TITLE: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Specialist
BASE LOCATION: Bellshill
SALARY: Up to £70K Depending on skills and experience
WORKING PATTERN: Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week)
ROLE PURPOSE:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales process by working closely with the sales, marketing, and consulting teams. You will be responsible for understanding the business needs of our clients to deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations that highlight the value of Kick ICT’s Dynamics products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the sales team to understand customer requirements and identify potential solutions
- Act as an evangelist for Dynamics Business Central solutions
- Develop product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase the value that our offerings provide.
- Assist to deliver compelling proposals and documentation to address prospect and client needs.
- Work closely with the product management and development teams to stay updated on product features and industry trends which add value to our proposition.
- Assist in responding to requests for proposals by providing details and functional information.
- Act as a liaison to communicate the customer requirements pre sales to internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to project implementation.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry developments to effectively position our Dynamics solutions.
- Provide recommendations on products we should add to our stack to ensure we are on the front foot for adding value to sales propositions
What do I need?
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role.
- Strong understanding of either Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or comparable products such as NetSuite, Sage, SAP, Infor Sun
- Power Platform knowledge would be advantages or the ability to quickly learn new technologies and products.
- Ability to build rapport and explain complex concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Possess a client centric consultative approach to solution design.
- Willingness to travel if required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
