As our new Executive Assistant, you will enable our Directors and Senior Leadership Team to operate at their best, keeping everything moving smoothly, proactively removing friction, and creating space for strategic focus.
What Youâll be Doing:
- Managing complex diaries, schedules, and priorities with accuracy
- Preparing board packs, agendas, briefings, and presentations
- Attending senior meetings for minutes, action tracking, and followâthrough
- Supporting Directors with key projects, monitoring deadlines, escalating risks
- Acting as a trusted link across teams and external partners
- Handling sensitive, confidential matters with discretion
- Coordinating executive events, workshops, logistics, and catering
