At Kick, we’re on a mission to deliver exceptional IT services with a people‑first approach. As our new Executive Assistant, you’ll enable our Directors and Senior Leadership Team to operate at their best, keeping everything moving smoothly, proactively removing friction, and creating space for strategic focus.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Managing complex diaries, schedules, and priorities with accuracy
- Preparing board packs, agendas, briefings, and presentations
- Attending senior meetings for minutes, action tracking, and follow‑through
- Supporting Directors with key projects, monitoring deadlines, escalating risks
- Acting as a trusted link across teams and external partners
- Handling sensitive, confidential matters with discretion
- Coordinating executive events, workshops, logistics, and catering
