Kibworth Golf Club are seeking to employ a Head Chef or ambitious Sous Chef at our beautiful busy club set in South Leicestershire. Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team, you will implement new menu ideas, costings, and sourcing suppliers whilst keeping focused on customer trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess excellent culinary skills to help ensure that our food offer is innovative and imaginative.
- Good communicator and people person.
- Experience in functions of 100 plus.
- Be passionate about providing fantastic food and be able to work effectively within a team.
Skill Set Required:
- City & Guilds 706/1, 706/2 or similar NVQ qualifications are required.
- Food Safety Level 3 is desirable.
Ensure Food Health & Safety Standards are always met.
