KIBOU is an independent Japanese restaurant and bar with locations in Battersea, Cheltenham, Bristol, Solihull, Oxford and Cambridge. We offer an extensive menu showcasing a variety of Japanese cuisine, served from a Sushi and Hot Food kitchen. We're looking for:

  • Sushi experience is essential; however, we'll provide comprehensive training and will consider candidates with limited sushi skills as long as you've spent some time in a sushi kitchen.
  • Someone keen to perfect their skills, is reliable and possesses a strong work ethic.
  • A friendly personality and ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team is essential.
