KIBOU is an independent Japanese restaurant and bar with sites in Battersea, Cheltenham, Bristol, Solihull, Oxford and Cambridge. At KIBOU, we are passionate about creating restaurants that are welcoming, immersive and fun. Each location combines a stylish environment with vibrant Japanese cuisine, offering an extensive menu from both sushi and hot kitchens, delivering traditional comforts alongside special occasion treats.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager to support and develop our restaurants and their leadership teams, helping drive the next stage of the KIBOU journey.
The Role
This is a hands-on role focused on supporting our restaurants in real time, strengthening consistency, and helping us move at a faster pace – while protecting what makes KIBOU special. You’ll work closely with General Managers, Head Chefs and Head Sushi Chefs to ensure every restaurant delivers a great environment for our team alongside an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the restaurants are fully enabled to deliver the KIBOU Vision – of being the best job our team have ever had!
- Help cultivate organisational trust at all levels, enabling the delivery of safe spaces our people can thrive in
- Deliver operational excellence through the delivery of KIBOU Brand Values
- Full accountability for the regional P&L, delivering commercial success through a people-centred approach
- Championing KIBOU values across the business
