KIBOU is an independent Japanese restaurant and bar with locations in Battersea, Cheltenham, Bristol, Solihull, Oxford and Cambridge. We offer an extensive menu showcasing a variety of Japanese cuisine, served from a Sushi and Hot Food kitchen. The environments we create are stylish and fun, and our primary focus is on growing a team of people who take pride in delivering a truly standout experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced restaurant and bar scene, with a fun and creative team around you who are passionate about serving up high‑quality cocktails, delicious plum wines, Japanese sake and more. Ideally, you’ll already have some bar experience, but if you can bring enthusiasm and energy with a willingness to learn, we’d love for you to get in touch. A friendly personality and the ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team is essential. If you have some interest in or knowledge of Japanese food and culture, we’d love to hear about that too!
