Part Time 20hrs per week. KIBOU is an independent Japanese restaurant and bar with locations in Battersea, Cheltenham, Bristol, Solihull, Oxford and Cambridge. We offer an extensive menu showcasing a variety of Japanese cuisine, served from a Sushi and Hot Food kitchen. The environments we create are stylish and fun, and our primary focus is on growing a team of people who take pride in delivering a truly standout experience.

We're looking for someone who thrives working in a stylish fast-paced restaurant with a fun and lively team. Ideally, you'll already have some hospitality experience, and if you can bring enthusiasm and energy to the table with a willingness to learn about Japanese food, we'd love for you to get in touch. A friendly personality and the ability to work in a strong and highly motivated team is essential. If you have some interest in or knowledge of Japanese food and culture, we'd love to hear about that too!
