At KIBOU Restaurants, we're looking for fantastic Assistant Managers to join our exciting new opening in Central Birmingham this Autumn!

KIBOU is a small independent restaurant business with six locations in Clifton, Cheltenham, Battersea, Cambridge, Oxford and Solihull.

We offer an extensive menu showcasing a large range of Japanese cuisine, served from a Sushi and Hot Food kitchen.

We're looking for

  • Planned to open this summer in the centre of Birmingham, as an opening Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in aspects of project management leading up to the opening.
  • You’ll also assist in the training of a team capable of executing a top-rate restaurant opening, with the freedom to help create a unique team culture from day one.
  • We are looking for leaders who can work with high levels of autonomy and are self-motivated with a drive to achieve excellence in all tasks that they undertake.
  • An extensive track record of delivering consistently outstanding service through operational excellence is required, coupled with the capability to function in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
