The Vice President of Sales, EMEA will build on an existing European customer base and active sales pipeline, while formalizing and scaling KIBO's regional go-to-market motion. This is not a greenfield experiment—you will inherit momentum, relationships, and opportunity, with the mandate to turn early success into a durable, scalable organization. This is a player-coach role with meaningful ownership. You will close strategic enterprise opportunities, shape regional strategy, and lay the foundation for a multi-team EMEA organization over time.
Moreover, you will be a part of the KIBO Senior Leadership Team and advise the Executive Leadership Team on growth throughout the region.
What You’ll Do
- Own EMEA bookings performance and pipeline & revenue growth
- Build on existing customer relationships and active pipeline across the region
- Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for SaaS eCommerce & OMS solutions
- Personally engage in complex enterprise sales cycles
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional sales team
- Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Alliances, Marketing, and US leadership
- Provide regional insight on market dynamics, customer needs, and investment priorities
- Scale the organization based on performance and proven success

- Strong conversion of existing pipeline into closed revenue
- Consistent creation of new, high-quality pipeline

- A clear growth path toward expanded regional coverage and teams
Experience & Profile
- SaaS eCommerce sales experience is required
- Senior enterprise SaaS sales leadership with quota responsibility
- Experience selling into or expanding within EMEA markets
- Comfortable operating as both leader and individual contributor
- Experience working cross-functionally in a complex GTM environment
- Strong commercial judgment and executive presence
