ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the EMEA Demand Generation Strategist at KIBO, you will be responsible for optimizing new pipeline acquisition. Your primary focus will be driving qualified leads to the sales team, influencing the outbound strategy, scaling an account-based marketing strategy, and EMEA-based field marketing support. Your role will involve driving digital demand and executing strategic events and field marketing campaigns to predictably create a pipeline that converts to revenue.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage EMEA-based demand generation marketing campaigns from start to finish across channels such as email, paid media, paid search, social, third party and content syndication, with quantifiable results.
- Generate account-based marketing campaigns that drive intent and engagement with our key accounts to generate pipeline.
- Project manage vendor-driven programs, like content syndication through media partners, events, and webinars.
- Use marketing automation to improve lead outcomes, through email marketing and optimized lead flows, audience segmentation, and workflows (Hubspot).
- Maintain a feedback loop with sales to optimize lead generation, follow-up activities, and conversion to pipeline.
- Develop, execute and manage comprehensive events and field marketing campaigns that align with Kibo's marketing and sales goals.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 2+ years of experience in driving revenue with B2B SaaS organizations, particularly eCommerce, Order Management/Supply Chain, or Retail a plus.
- Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns.
- Proficient in communications and creating copy for campaigns.
- Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement, forecasting and ROI, and program execution skills.
- Experience working across multiple product lines and buyer profiles.
- Strong project management skills and experience with superb attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABM, and digital tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Regie.AI, Outreach, Google PPC, LinkedIn ads.
