KIBO Commerce is expanding its European presence to meet established and growing demand for its commerce SaaS platform. The Vice President of Sales, EMEA will build on an existing European customer base and active sales pipeline, while formalizing and scaling KIBO’s regional go-to-market motion. This is not a greenfield experiment; you will inherit momentum, relationships, and opportunity, with the mandate to turn early success into a durable, scalable organization. This is a player-coach role with meaningful ownership. You will close strategic enterprise opportunities, shape regional strategy, and lay the foundation for a multi-team EMEA organization over time. You will be a part of the KIBO Senior Leadership Team and advise the Executive Leadership Team on growth throughout the region.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own EMEA bookings performance and pipeline & revenue growth
  • Build on existing customer relationships and active pipeline across the region
  • Develop and execute the regional go-to-market strategy for SaaS eCommerce & OMS solutions
  • Personally engage in complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional sales team
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Alliances, Marketing, and US leadership
  • Provide regional insight on market dynamics, customer needs, and investment priorities
  • Scale the organization based on performance and proven success

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a complex GTM environment
  • Strong commercial judgment and executive presence
